With ICEdot, first responders can identify you or your loved ones and notify your emergency contacts in minutes rather than hours when an emergency occurs. ICEdot can increase the efficiency of care for medics in case of emergency (ICE).

The Medic’s from Lafayette Ambulance have joined the ICEdot program and now when emergencies occur we will be able to quickly retrieve your information and critical medical demographic data. The ICEdot program also allows medics to activate a chain of emergency contacts from within the ICEdot system.

Staff Supervisor

Position Requirements:

  • PA EMT Certification (EMT-P Certification Preferred)
  • Prior EMS supervision/management experience preferred
  • BCLS
  • ACLS/PALS (as applicable)
  • EVOC
  • BTLS or PHTLS
  • Hazardous Materials (R & I, or higher)
  • Current, Valid PA Driver’s License

The duties of the staff supervisor will include, but are not limited to:  direct oversight of operational staff as assistant chief, scheduling, budgeting, policy crafting and implementation, employee coaching and discipline.

Lafayette offers a competitive salary and benefits including health, dental, vision, short/long term disability insurance, and 403(b) retirement fund with an employee pension plan. Insurance reimbursement is also available for qualifying individuals.

Lafayette Ambulance is a well established local EMS organization with a rich history of community service spanning 50 years.  Lafayette responds to approximately 3,000 9-1-1 calls per year with a coverage area that includes residential and commercial properties in Upper Merion Township, the Borough of Bridgeport and portions of the surrounding communities, as well as, Interstates 76, 276, and Routes 202 and 422.
